Amy AndrewsCo-Founder, Strategy Lead
From the beginning of her career, Amy has been passionate about reaching people with the right message at the right time. She started off in media planning at Starcom where she helped identify the most strategic places to reach existing and new targets for Crest, Prilosec OTC, Chuck-E-Cheese and The Golf Channel.
Amy then transitioned from media planning to strategic planning when she joined The Mars Agency. While working for The Mars Agency, she developed strategic retailer plans for Campbell and Clorox. Additionally, she lead strategic planning for the Walmart team when The Mars Agency won the account. Amy continued to hone her planning skills by graduating from Miami Ad School's Account Planning program.
After 5 years at The Mars Agency, Amy joined Ubisoft to lead their Shopper Insights team. Her ability to translate insights into actionable strategies led to her promotion as head of the Shopper Marketing & Insights team less than a year later. Amy then managed a team of 10 people to develop shopper marketing strategies for multiple brands across several major retailers - all while getting her MBA at University of California, Berkeley.
Amy joined Fern Grant to found The Strategy Shop based on her experience on both the client and agency side, and her desire to collaborate with cross functional teams on finding strategies for growth.
