Breanna GlaeserDesign Thinker
Before joining the Strategy Shop, Breanna worked as a freelance consultant for New York based marketing agencies – helping established companies across categories to identify opportunities for brand positioning and product innovation, using co-creative consumer encounters. In this capacity she has worked for clients such as Unilever, Pfizer Centrum, Nabisco, Dannon, HBO, Prudential & ExxonMobil.
She is a graduate of Parsons School of Design, where she was part of the second class of master’s students to earn a degree in Strategic Design and Management. As part of this innovative program, she adopted the methods of design thinking, the chief principles of which are empathy for users and consumers, the discipline to work iteratively, and the flexibility to turn failures into successes.
Breanna also has 7 years of experience in research psychology, with affiliations at Massachusetts General Hospital, Harvard Medical School, and The New School for Social Research in New York.
She is an East Coast transplant, attracted to The Strategy Shop’s core values, and determined to deliver insight based strategic foundations through iterative, integrated processes.
